This page documents the shipped Exit Reports screen in the hcm-separation module — consolidated exit and attrition analytics. Not for plugin developers.
What you see
KPIs: Total Exits, Separated, Exit Interviews Completed, Clearance Completed, Settlements Completed — a real, per-stage completion view across every exit currently in flight, not just a single "done" flag. Plus two charts: Exit Reasons (a breakdown of why people are leaving) and Exit Process Status (where exits currently stand across Resignation → Clearance → Settlement).
