Offers
Create and track job offers, each going through a real approval chain: Hiring Manager → HR → Finance, conditionally, depending on the offer.
Offer Approvals
A worklist of offers waiting for your approval — the same underlying approval queue every other approval in the platform uses, just scoped to offers.
Background Verification
Once a candidate accepts an offer and their Application reaches HIRED status, run their background check — education, employment history, criminal record, references, and address, each tracked as its own item.
