This page documents the shipped Final Settlement screen in the hcm-separation module — the departing employee's final pay settlement. Not for plugin developers.
Creating a settlement
New Final Settlement links directly to the real Resignation and Clearance Case records (not a standalone form) — Employee, Last Working Date, and a real Settlement Number. KPIs: Total, Pending, Pending Approval, Payment Pending, Completed — so you can tell "still being calculated," "waiting on sign-off," and "approved but not yet paid" apart, not just one generic "pending" bucket.
