Continuous Feedback (HCM)
This page documents the shipped Continuous Feedback screen (hcm-performance) — always-available, informal feedback, separate from the formal cycle-based reviews. Not for plugin developers.
What it does
Give feedback, request feedback, or recognize a colleague at any time — not tied to a review cycle or waiting for a formal appraisal. Each entry records who it's From and To, its Type, an optional Rating, and when it was Submitted. The KPI row (Given, Received, Requested, Recognition) lets you see your own feedback activity at a glance — how much you've given vs. received, and how much of it was recognition specifically.
