This page documents the shipped Payroll Runs screen (hcm-payroll) — the actual payroll calculation engine, and the one screen every other Payroll screen's data feeds into. Not for plugin developers.
Who this is for: payroll administrators running payroll each period.
What it does
Runs the real payroll calculation for a period, pulling in every employee's salary structure, earnings, deductions, bonuses, incentives, overtime, adjustments, and tax — and produces each employee's actual net pay for that run.
Everything downstream — Payslips, Bank Transfer, Payroll Accounting, and Payroll Lock — works off a finalized run from this screen.
