Bench
Track employees currently on the bench (between projects) — Bench Start Date, Bench Days, Bench Status, Available Date, Previous Project, and the Preferred Role/Location they're looking for next.
Technology Skills
A technology-specific skill catalog — Skill Code/Name, Category, Description, Status. Separate from the general Skills catalog elsewhere in HCM — this one is scoped to technical/software skills specifically.
Certifications
Track technical certifications per employee — Certification Code/Name, Issuing Organization, Credential Number, Issue/Expiry Date, Status.
Project Staffing
Real project resource requirements: Project Code/Name, Project Role, Required Headcount, Required Skills, Required Certifications, Minimum Experience Years, Location Mode (onsite/remote/hybrid), Allocation Percentage, Billable flag, Priority, and Start/End Date.
Workforce Capacity
Track capacity by dimension (e.g. by project, by skill, by location) over a period: Available Hours, Allocated Hours, Billable Hours, and Bench Hours — a real utilization breakdown, not just a headcount.
Workforce Dashboard
An executive dashboard rolling up the above into one view — real utilization, bench, and project-staffing metrics for IT/software leadership.
