This page documents the shipped HCM Dashboard (hcm-foundation) — the landing page when you open HCM. Not for plugin developers.

Who this is for: anyone with access to HCM — it's the home screen.

Getting there

/app/hcm/home/dashboard — the first thing you see opening HCM.

What's on it

Every number and chart on this dashboard is real, live data for your tenant — none of it is a placeholder:

• Total Headcount, Present Today, On Leave, Open Positions, and Attrition KPI tiles, each with a small trend sparkline.
• An Employee Distribution donut, broken down by department.
• An Attendance gauge for today.
• A Leave Balance list of upcoming approved leave.
• A Birthdays / Anniversaries list, for the current month.
• A Recruitment funnel, showing how many candidates are in each hiring stage.
• A short Recommendations list — real signals worth your attention (e.g. from attrition-risk data), not AI-generated text.

Known gaps

• The three trend sparklines (headcount, open positions, attrition) only have a few days of real history right after this feature ships for a new tenant — they fill in over time as daily data accumulates, so don't expect a full trend line on day one.
