Creating a work order
New Maintenance — pick the Asset, a Maintenance Type, Priority, a Problem summary and Work Description, an assigned Technician (or external Vendor), Scheduled Start/End, and an Estimated/Actual Cost. Each work order gets a real Work Order Number for tracking.
Tracking work
The grid shows Asset, Type, Priority, Technician, and Status for every work order. KPIs: Scheduled, In Progress, Completed.
