Attrition Prediction
Each employee gets a real risk score computed by 16 chained rules — banding tenure, performance, and absence, summing them, then banding the result into a risk level. It's a real, explainable calculation, not a black-box prediction — you can trace exactly why someone was flagged.
Workforce Forecasting
A real rule pipeline computes a closing headcount and workforce gap for a period, from your actual current data.
Employee Sentiment
Real sentiment responses, classified by the rule engine, with real aggregate KPIs.
