What "AI" means on this module, honestly: nothing here is a machine learning model or a generative AI system. Every score, prediction, and recommendation across this whole module is computed by the platform's real, deterministic Rule Engine — chained business rules over your real data (tenure, performance ratings, attendance, skills, and so on), not a trained model. Think "explainable scoring system," not "AI that learns." Every number traces back to a real, inspectable calculation.
AI Dashboard
